This Christmas after Google's "Let it snow" trick , Facebook added a new innovative feature in the Facebook Chat service. Most of us uses Chat emoticons like :) , :-) , : D etc which appears as  .
Now , Facebook has come with new Chat emoticons that lets you use facebook profile pic as a chat emoticon.You can use profile pic of your buddy as well of any facebook page as emoticon. This emoticon works only in chat window , you cannot use it in status or comments.

How it Works :

This is very simple.You need to do couple of things in order to use Display pic as emoticon.
Firstly you need to Start a Chat .

1.  Go to your Friend's profile or any other Facebook page to grab his profile ID or username.Look at the Url at the top of your browser. Copy the profile ID or username like   www.facebook.com/Username . 

2. Secondly , You just need to paste the copied username or Profile ID in the chat window wihin square brackets [[ username ]] , Like if the profile ID is 100922727272. Paste this profile ID 100922727272 as [[100922727272]] .

                                      Type the profile ID or username within [[square brackets]]

                                            Press Enter key and it will appear as an emoticon.

Use Google for plotting Graph easily

Google has come out with a bunch of Changes past few months Now  GOOGLE has added one more feature . Now we don't need to plot graph manually or use  a Software or Calculator  for the same. Recently Google launched its brand new Service that helps you to plot Graph easily.
Just go to the Google search bar and type the mathematical functions and Google will come out with  a Graph with in seconds. Also this feature helps to plot the Graph of any of the complex functions available whether it is logarithmic, exponential, any polynomial. Just type that in the search bar and Get your plot instantly.

The Graph looks awesome and the value at any instant can be found very  easily, just drag your mouse or Touchpad over that area and know that particular value .
Also you can find Graph for multiple functions at one time. You need to separate multiple functions by commas (,) and GOOGLE will plot it for you. This is an awesome feature added by Google and I will be definitely making full use of this service. So overall it is a Graph Calculator.

The new way to navigate Google| Fresh looks| New vertical tab bar

Google which does not need any sort of introduction has come out with a brand new change to the looks of Google Home page. The Earlier topmost bar which contains various links such as Google images, Gmail, web, Maps, News etc. has now been modified to new looks. It is arranged as a vertical bar as shown in the image below, Also a sign-in option has been provided on the top-right corner.
Also the older black bar at the top was in controversy. So  google came out with these fresh looks.
In the fresh looks upon clicking on Google at google homepage will open a new pop-up that contains various links that were present in the top black bar. This new feature has already been added to various countries' google already but it has been added to Google India yesterday.

A brand new Facebook scam that looks like a video and a user receives this as a message on Facebook , I got this scam from a couple of my friends in my inbox many times today.

The scam comes with the title "98 Percent of People Cant Watch This Video for more than 15 seconds " along with a thumbnail that looks like a video.
Alternate Spam message :  97 Percent of People Cant Watch This Video.....

 

Actually , this video looking message that you got is a Link that redirects you to another page. By doing so you will post this spam video like a link to your friend's inbox. Further if your friend clicks on this link thinking it to be a video, he will again share this spam link via a message with his/her friends.

So, never click on such links as these are spams. This spam has already become viral as a lot of people are sharing this without prior knowledge regarding spams and their dangers.

R.I.P. Steve jobs "the legend" , you will be missed

All of a sudden, this morning resulted in the loss of a legend from Tech World. APPLE'S co -founder and CEO died on Wednesday at 56 because of pancreatic cancer. 

The legend's death is becoming trend on FACEBOOK AND TWITTER and made a record of 10000 tweets in one second reading his Death But sadly he was not there to witness this.

Facebook got transformed | new updates

A few days ago I wrote a post on the Fb's new Subscibe button feature  but Mark Zuckerberg and his team of engineers came out with a bunch of new changes past few days and today that is what made me write this post.
I'll be coming later on the changes and updates but one main issue that evolved with the new updates is that "Majority of users are not liking this update". As the user can see each and every activity of his friend...what he is liking and what he is commenting. which appears at the top right area of Facebook profiles ,, It keeps on Updating every instant and shows all sorts of friend's activities. That is why people are finding it to be annoying and it is violating the privacy of users.


HERE ARE THE NEW FACEBOOK CHANGES:
1) Firstly when I  logged in to my Facebook account, saw a kind of notification regarding the new change. Check the snapshot of that I have captured. You must have noticed the same kind of notification. This message showed the new Facebook profile structure. 1,2,3 highlighted numbers show that top story at no. 1, blue corners are made at the corner of the top stories to easily spot them. And the most recent stories appear below shown by number 3.

2) The second change is the size of the image (picture) or wall photos. Earlier it used to be small and now it has considerably increased.

3) The third and the most disliked new update is the news feed that keeps on updating every instant and shows your friends' activity on Facebook. It also shows what your friends post on the walls of their friends. Thus an attack on privacy.

The next change is log out tab. Earlier there were more tabs, now they are reduced.

5) And the final change is the slideshow of the images. That's the best one.

Recently Facebook introduced a new feature "Subscribe button" that works similar to tweeter's follow button. Whenever you follow a celebrities,journalists,political figures,sportspersons etc. you get their updates,Similarly subscribing to a person will enable you to get their updates. Also every person can enable Subscibe option on their profile by which the peoples who are not your friend can get your updates. Till now you can share your facebook wall posts and feeds with limited friends but now by subscibe option user's feeds can be subscibed by non-friends. So works somewhat similar like tweeter's follow button.

If you want to enable  your wall posts and updates to be subscribed by non-friends you need to allow Subscibe option. You can allow you wall posts subscibtions by non friends from here.
